CNG-WEB allows users to access CNG-SAFE (Installed and Online) via a standard browser. Using CNG-WEB makes it easier to deploy document management across multiple locations because there is no software to install. When your people need to access documents or information while they are traveling, visiting a customer, or working late from home, CNG-WEB allows access to CNG-SAFE from any computer with a browser and an internet connection.

CNG-WEB is secure and honors all rights set up in CNG-SAFE. So, for example, you could give your customer rights to log into CNG-SAFE via CNG-WEB to see only their folder and documents.

CNG-WEB is easy to use and provides key features such as, scanning and importing documents, processing workflows, viewing, editing and creating documents, creating new folders, and scheduling documents or folders.

Powerful search capabilities include structural, keyword, and full text search. There is also a convenient and user customizable Dashboard feature for displaying recently accessed folders and documents, checked out items, workflow status, and scheduled items on a single page.

CNG-WEB will even automatically detect iPads and Android-based tablets, and present a touch-friendly user interface with improved finger navigation accuracy and simplicity.

CNG-WEB users can use their existing CNG-SAFE licenses, or a very economical CNG-WEB view license if only searching, viewing and processing workflow is required.
