CNG-ONLINE includes all the features and functionality of the CNG-SAFE software. The difference is that you don't have to purchase CNG-SAFE or the necessary server to run the software on your network, taking advantage of our SaaS subscription model. CNG-ONLINE allows you to access and use CNG-SAFE running on our servers via a secure connection. CNG-ONLINE clients have telephone and email access to Cabinet NG technical support, ongoing web-based training, and automatic software upgrades, all at no additional charge. You will also have access to a Full Service Administrator who can help you with the configuration of your system, training, and user management as the need arises to make changes.
- Security -Your documents are secure with CNG-ONLINE because you access them via a secure VPN connection using the CNG-SAFE interface software. All transmissions of your documents to the CNG-ONLINE repository are encrypted.
- Your Documents - All documents and data you store on CNG-ONLINE are your property stored on CNG's secure servers. You can remove your documents from your CNG-ONLINE repository anytime you like.
- Backup - Your documents and information are automatically backed up daily.
- Training - You receive individualized system set-up and user training when you initiate your CNG-ONLINE account. Your trainer will make sure that you and your users get off to a good start using the system. You have access to additional web-based training included in the monthly fee.
- Upgrades - Software upgrades are included in your monthly subscription fee.
