CNG-FORMS & Forms Monitor

CNG-FORMS is a module included with your CNG-SAFE user license that allows you to create electronic forms, simulating paper forms that are familiar to users and consistent with existing business practices.

CNG-FORMS reduce the time and expense associated with creating forms, collecting form data, and placing forms in the workflow process. It streamlines the process of designing, editing, managing, and distributing forms. It also simplifies the process of filling in forms - automatically filling in data that has been previously provided, saving time and minimizing errors.

CNG-FORMS automates the creation of data and filing electronic forms into CNG-SAFE.

You can create your own CNG-FORMS with the purchase of the CNG-FORMS Development Kit or your Authorized CNG Reseller can create forms for you.

Forms Monitor is an optional utility that monitors the data coming from a web-based form, automatically creating a record in an electronic filing cabinet within CNG-SAFE.

• Form is filled out on a website
• Form data can be collected
• Automatically populates a form in CNG-SAFE
• Form placed in Workflow to begin a process

For Example: A user fills in a form on your website. The data submitted is used to create a new folder within CNG-SAFE and place that form into workflow for subsequent processing and approval.
