Cabinet NG bolsters sales team to manage and drive company expansion into key vertical markets
January 19, 2005 - Athens, Alabama - Cabinet NG, Inc., today announced the appointment of a key sales manager to help manage and drive the company's rapid expansion. The company named David Freeman as head of channel sales. Freeman will look to further penetrate Cabinet NG's expansion into manufacturing and distribution firms. Both market segments are challenged to turn internal document management activities into a streamlined, efficient and intuitive process.
In year 2004 Cabinet NG signed on new customers at a record rate and grew corporate seat revenue over 25%. By expanding the sales team for 2005, Cabinet NG is positioned to accelerate its growth into the manufacturing industry where its products are helping create a "lean office" as the next logical extension of the "lean manufacturing" processes.
"Cabinet NG is excited to have a senior professional of David's caliber managing our market expansion efforts, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors," said Andrew Bailey, President of Cabinet NG. "David is a proven and successful leader with vast experience in business development. We look forward to continuing Cabinet NG's aggressive go-to-market strategy by delivering the most robust and easy-to-use document workflow management solution for mid-sized and large companies."
Freeman brings to Cabinet NG 20 years of in-depth technology and channel experience. He was a Senior Consultant/Vice President of Axiom System Consulting where he drove the implementation of advanced technology projects for several high profile accounts including the Huntsville/Madison County Airport Intermodal Center. Prior to Axiom, Freeman worked for Intergraph Corporation, a leading global provider of Spatial Information Management (SIM) software where he helped create the company's sales channels and also the management of high performance technology projects.
Cabinet NG further automates the business process with CNG-Forms. Paper forms can now be replaced with an electronic version of the same form. CNG-Forms eliminates redundant date entry, preserves data integrity and enables information to be captured into a database.
Bailey added, "Manufacturing companies of all stripes have successfully honed their production lines into highly efficient, globally competitive business processes. This is an outcome not duplicated in the back office where document management processes continue to be complex and cumbersome, adding vast and unnecessary costs to the organization. Cabinet NG's products can help these companies quickly resolve this situation and make the document management process efficient, streamlined and intuitive."
