Andrew Bailey, President
Andrew has 20 years of experience in the software industry. Previous
to Cabinet NG, he was President of WireSpeed Communications Corporation,
Inc. WireSpeed was an early leader in the embedded Linux market
and was acquired by Red Hat, Inc. in June of 2000. Andrew remained
an executive with Red Hat and led the company's embedded development
team prior to joining Cabinet NG.
In 1994, Andrew co-founded and served as president for ABR Inc., a hardware development company. He also worked for a variety of high tech firms in Huntsville since moving to the area in 1988. These firms included Intergraph, Martin Marietta, and Thiokol.
Andrew has a B.S. in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological
University and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University
of Tennessee. He is a board member of the Alabama Information
Technology Association and serves as a mentor with the north-Alabama
high-tech business incubator BizTech.
Abraham J. Niedzwiecki, Vice President of Technology
Abe has extensive product and implementation knowledge and currently
oversees the deployment, product architecture and support services
at Cabinet NG. He first began his career with the University of
Alabama-Huntsville as a Research Associate for the Center for
Applied Optics. He later entered into a Field Engineering career
working at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville. While at Redstone,
he developed an interest in computer technology and moved on to
form his own company providing network and support services. His
first encounter with the Cabinet NG document management system
came in 1997, and he was so impressed with the product and mission,
he knew that he had to be part of the team. Abe has been with
Cabinet NG since then.
Abe holds a degree in Laser Electro-Optics from Texas State Technical
College.
James True, Vice President, Business Development
Jim is a seasoned, multi-faceted executive with a proven record in blending strategic thinking, technical insight, corporate branding and team building skills. He is skilled in driving growth for startup, mid-size and larger high-tech companies with revenues up to $2 billion.
Jim's previous work experience reflects his passion for taking companies to the next level of growth: Vice President at StreetLight Information Technologies/CST, a government contractor expanding into the commercial IT services market; Vice President at Huntsville Business Ventures, a resource for independent companies; and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Red Hat, Inc., a publicly traded software firm. Over the past 25 years Jim's career has gone full circle, from a company known for producing paper, The Wall Street Journal, to Cabinet NG, the company known for eliminating paper.
Jim is a veteran of the United States Navy, where as an Electronics
Technician, he was responsible for the operation and maintenance
of remote satellite communications equipment and advanced electronics
training. He has followed that education with intensive courses
in management, communications and electronics, finance management
and supervision, and business writing.
Jon Clark, Vice President, Sales
Jon has worked in a range of technology sales and executive management roles over the past 20 years. Prior to joining Cabinet NG, he was instrumental in growing and navigating Revnet (a Huntsville based start-up) through the acquisition and integration process with MessageMedia. At MessageMedia, Jon continued to lead the growth of the hosted and licensed software business which was ultimately acquired by DoubleClick. (NASDAQ: DCLK).
Prior to Revnet, Jon worked with The Lietz Company and Sokkia Corporation in the surveying, mapping and Global Positioning software industry in sales, marketing and product management during a period that saw that industry's rapid transformation from optical mechanical instruments and drawing boards to hand-held GPS and PC's. Jon's career started as a Sales Engineer for Layne-Western, a mineral exploration services company.
As a leader in the community, Jon has helped guide other local start-ups through their early business planning, strategic positioning and initial fund raising stages. Jon earned his B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
